I was on the sales end, but im assuming you will be installing Dish/Direct. I don't know if it was the sales manager or the company itself, but I had a terrible time and lost alot of money. I was promised things I did not receive and still owed money when I left. I am not saying it is a bad company because you will probably be dealing with different people then I did, but I advise you to make sure you get everything on paper and keep track of your money.....Good Luck
