Yea duck that's what happens when there is only a little damage. They give it to there local contractors thinking they actual have crews of there own with trucks and equipment. Then they instantly take 50% or more off the top and try to pay out in-house wages to experienced crews coming in form out of town who are covering all of there own overhead. I also don't think they understand that we are all making more then they are offering just doing production. With all of the prevailing wage jobs that are going on its time to start paying crews what they are worth or they wont be going.
