Eathersat is the way to go.  Go to Motosat.com they deal with mobile satellite solutions.  You can order a fixed dish from someone and buy the equipment.  You will need a .98 meter dish with at least a 2watt Transmitter with an iDirect modem.  Probably looking at close to $5000 by the time of equipment to installation charges.  But you have no limits.  Plus you can see how many users are using your same frequency.  Hughes and wildblue do not advertise their ratio of users on a frequency.
