I'm alive , I hear the eye passed over Ocracoke , That would have put the strongest winds over Hatteras , I,ve heard the road is washed over in several spots from the ocean to the sound . How extensive the damage is I don't know yet but I would imagine they took a hard hit ,I'll find out today , yesterday was like being stuck in the mud , no power ,no cell ,no computer. It was a long day.......Duck
