How many free telephones do you see in government offices.How much free power do you see in government offices. Nobody gives anything away any more it costs too much provide the service.Its not only Charter that has cut free services it all cable operator.I have served rest homes for the last 40 years as a cable operator and have never given the service away.  Chuck
