Martell out of Michigan, good fellow to work with though SL has it's issues as do most systems. It appeared that they cared more about the device-order entry than the customers. If you sold a lead that you cleared out of your device previously it appeared in the system as a off turf sale, then they would complain. The leadership in the West Tex system at times appeared to mirror that of fast food management of when I was a child in highschool.
The Midland area was in the process of being overbuilt when I was there and they were losing customers at a high rate. The reaction time was poor and I had heard that there were jobs lost in house.
