The O&O market is Baltimore is a joke there were in house trainers selling certifications numbers to contracting companies and giving honest contracting companies are hard time. I found this out because the trainer who is no longer there approach me after my guys were walking out with offer to slide us through. We declined and just went online and took the certs and past them. We moved down to Denton for 90 days but I must say it was a good market to be in.
