They don't want them bright.For the most part they have exactly what they want.The good ones usually leave when they figure
out how bad they are getting f*cked..So they are left with the one's that will stick around and let them f*ck them.Exactly what
they want,,they know what they are doing.Disposable Installer's.They could pay $5 and they would still find some poor bastard
to do it...Sad,but true..................Nothing wrong with trying to work and make a living,,but god damn guys,I don't know
how in the hell you can be putting food on the table....
