My question to you is are you the contractor or the customer? Because if you are a contractor, the company is not worried about what is going to make it better for you. Sad but true. They have the feeling that you are the professional and that if you are in that side of the business you should know what to do. If you are the customer, then good for you actually trying to improve things for the hardest working guys in cable.
