Its pretty simple answer to your question on why the company name changed: JP&D was the corp name since around 2002, maybe earlier, when DTV began buying all the HSP's, and offered JP&D a prime contract, they had to change their name, due to the fact that JP&D no longer existed, it was purchased by DTV, so now you have a new company named Wise Owl, Wise owl merged with another company, which combined both company names and is now Wise Connect. Pretty simple, and happens in business all the time, you guys should really take your conspiracy theories elsewhere, try the Government, I hear they have all kind of issues.
