No it just makes me and my name look bad if this new guy that has never installed before messes up an install because the boss will only pay 10.00 an hour. Makes it nearly impossible to pay for cert classes and be legal. They(boss) doesnt think I know this but I have seen them do it to another guy for 3 years. I feel it is wrong for them to make money off of me and my number even after I do not work for them anymore.
