A cable contractor tried that with me while I was still working for them. I raised hell and it stopped. As I understand it the cert was assigned to you, to be used by you. Thats how they track metrics. It looks bad for you if things pop up under your number. Try explaining that it wasnt you after the fact. Turn him in.
