I highly doubt law wise it is illegal. What I would do is go to your boss or owner of the company you work for and discuss man to man with them. I have point blank discussions with owner of where i work all the time. He respects me for it. Going behind the back of the people that are providing you a paycheck every week and reporting them to the people that pay them is a foolish, foolish thing to do. Do you not talk to your boss or something WTF? What they are doing is wrong no doubt.
