Correct, tough position...I mean the only action I can see is if you cause a stink between hughesnet and said contractor as that is where the violation is. That being said having work lined up through another place and then notifying hughesnet would be only way about it? IDK maybe someone has been here before. I just don't know if there is any "legal" way about it other than the contractual route???
