Still need to change your filter on a regular basis. That will take a pint or two depending on size of filter. Not much more effort to go on and change the oil while you're at it. If you have a fleet it makes sense as the oil will actually last a lot longer than 15K but you have to have it tested on a regular basis. But depending on how you feel its kinda like E-85, every quart you use is a quart of oil some shiek isn't getting paid for! Also like E Joe said, not good to mix with regular oil.
