If getting paid is the issue there will be no problems. If running an efficient/profitable route daily without driving all over world or being told to pick up scraps at the end of the day for no real money is a problem for you then you may have issues. Madison puts Comcast and Madison first you and your check are a distant third. There is an element of good cop, bad cop with them, but if your the type that goes along to get along then that will not be a problem either. With that said it is not the worst place to work and the owner/mngmt are good people. If you just need a job it could be your spot.
