I'm about 300 miles south of where I grew up. Back then the expansion of Redwood National Forest and the heavy regulation of Salmon fishing put a lot of people out of work, so they turned to growing pot to feed thier families. The coastal mountain range is perfect to grow in, cold moist nights and hot days.
