It is your fault, do your job correctly and you will not have an issue. I have over 150 techs under me. 97.9% are not having problems. the other can swim or sink I won't allow them to hurt my good techs. I spend thousands a month on our 30 day tech training program. They are lazy and don't give a crap about anything. So I show them the door. Some of them do a complete turn around while others go to other companies and drag their defects. Hurray for me !
