Our system is already at this point. If you are using contractors as we are, a passing home cert and ingress test must accompany any completed work order to be paid. Our in house techs have the same rules. This has greatly reduced the number of repeat trouble calls. Dispatch is your eyes and ears. Make sure they are on top of the work and if they see someone running behind let you know immediately. The ones that don't meet expectations after you have retrained and instructed them let them go or reduce their work load if they are worth keeping. Remember the fastest installers are not always the best. What do the repeats look like, is their work ethic good, are they dependable and honest take these characteristics into consideration.
