Active tags? Flex clips? Why so many splitters? Your not gonna use 2 or 3 before you make it back to your truck, 1 of each is fine unless you see a need for more during site survey. Use your site survey to assist you on the materials you need to load up with. Unless you do alot of phone work, should be no need to carry phone materials around. But, I once knew a tech that carried around a hammer. rarely used it, but his toolbet accomadated it. Once while decending an embankment he slipped and the claw of the hammer hooked into a tree and saved his from a nasty fall. He continues to carry it to this day.
