I am going to go out on a limb and assume you mean DirecTV matrix numbers.ETA's are easy, have each tech call every single customer first thing in the morning, even PM customers. This will also fix your OTG, if the customer has the tech's phone #, they are likely to call the tech directly, just make sure your tech answers.SCOI? I assume you mean service call after an install, or a SIN7/30/60/90. also easy, have your techs give the customer their number, so if the customer has a problem, they can call the tech directly, or have them give the customer your office # (or your cell) so you can handle it.
