Manta Ray Anchor Set Up

Hey I'm looking for a Manta Ray set up, I know you pound them in with a jack hammer but there's got to be a bit for the hammer to fit the anchor right? Could some one point me in the right direction,,,
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
