at&t 1/2 good 1/2 bad


well it is nice to see some people calming down. it was a financial decission. that much is clear, but they cut people that know the job, the auditors were in offices going thru salaries and seeing what and who they could cut. that leaves me wondering how customer service will fare when a line goes down. and they do not respond quickley.
the people who are left i can only feel sorry for. when all this work gets shifted around. who will get overwhelmed.
i do not know how it is in other states, here in washington i saw good people go on the way side, maybe i sound harsh towards at&T, put that is how i am feeling at this moment, for those of you who did and may still make the cut i again say good luck, but with all these people out there looking for work how much will be left if things keep slowing down,
