Did this article just pretty much turn it racial? The beginning of this started out with background checks.Now its credit checks and blown up. I worked for a company for two years when they "told" me I had to sign for them to run my credit. It never happened. I do think that there is no reason to check your credit. So your bills are a mess thats why you need a job. A crappy credit score doesnt mean your a crook. If people dont understand the release form for the credit report and background check then bring it by a lawyer. They should have a rants and raves on here....LOL
