William, if Wise Owl hired a goon who didn't pay a man or women for the work they preformed. Ultimately that make Wise Owl and Jerry Wise responsible. In the long run of things that also makes DTV accountable for allowing people like Jerry Wise Change the name of his company several times in an effort to fool people into working for him. Jerry Wise left the OKC DMA in shambles when O&O took over. He didn't rip off as many people as Premier , but he still left people hi and dry.
