So, by what your saying, anyone that applies for a job should be automatically hired...that is incorrect, if that was the case, there would be 0% unemployment instead of 9%, and lots of states have a 'right to work' law, meaning, if a company doesnt want to hire you, or wants to fire you, they can with no reason and at any time, you could be the best employee in the world, but if you are in a right to work state, you can be 'let go' for no reason at all.
