Re: its about time

Big deal. It's privately funded scholarships (no tax money involved). They have been getting those for years ( I think a student visa is used for those that obey the law ). All this means is they no longer need their fake I.D. and lie about their status to get one. Woo Hoo! Now the Gov. can track them, and after graduation it will be, become a citizen or go home. Sounds O.K. to me. You sure are easily excited Sweat.
