im not a big fan of c-cors output test points (outside housing amp test points), ive had quite of few of them that was bad thus creating big probs, even remember having to inject on the tap cause of them. looks like your inputs are good and it should easily make your output levels, check to see if the ALC is on or thermal is on,, throw it in manual mode and see if levs change, if not i would change mobo and go from there, the only way the c-cor amp cuts back on power is the AlC or Thermal mode is flipped on and wasnt setup right in manuel mode,   If your input levels is 21/19 and its leaving at 25/21 thats only 3 db gain...if you changed the mobo, make sure you change all pads and eq's , just trying to help.. b2
