Keep in mind when you work for ITC your overtime rate is less than your straight time!!
The pay is broke down 3 ways  truck and tools ,, wages per hr. ,,,per diem per hr
on overtime you do not get your per diem!!!  RUN LIKE HELL!!  IF THEY ARE SO GOOD  TO
WORK FOR WHY CAN THEY NOT KEEP OR GET PEOPLE???
