Bought some pickled sausage a while back and when I asked the guy how he made them he wouldn't come off the recipe, OK, now this may sound a little fu#ked up but is there a, say recipe break down kit? I called a collage and they told me to go the State Police Crime Lab!! Ya right, CSI Maine. But is there a web site out there that you could send a sample to and, for a price, could give you a break down? Just wondering, as for now I'm still mixing and tasting.
