What I do is get a signal on 101 with just a rough in of the dish and lock it down. After that I will use the elevation to get the lowest DB possible. Then use the dither to get it lower if possible. I check my 119 to make sure it is good (If you are using the SL3 or SWM3 you wont need to check 119).
The SB makes the KA/KU easy to peak. I just get the lowest db on 101, everything falls in from there.
