Needing one splicer to fill position In VA, Truck, Tools, And Insurance Cov

I have one truck sitting and I need to get it back to work. I need one splicer that I can consider an employee but treat like a sub. I am paying .20 for the position and I will supply truck tools if needed and insurance, The work is located in Norfolk Va and I need someone tomorrow. Thanks Kevin P Wolfe
