This doesn't sound like the Bowlin I worked for. Course I was not on the install side I worked the fiber side. And if I didn't have a problem they fixed it fast. We only had one issue in the beginning then everything was ok. I hope they haven't turned into the company you discribed. Best of luck to you all.
