tell me if this is messed up

i went to do a service call the other day and i contact the sub and tell him ill be there in a few mins, he says ok that he will be there in about 45 mins to an hour and wants me to wait for him, i tell him that i cant wait that long for him and kindly tell him the longest that i can wait is 30 mins well now this is when things get interesting, he gets mad and starts saying im surpressing his rights and that he is gonna talk to the consulate and the mayor and starts talking all kind of crazy stuff well we both agree for him to be there in 30 mins and the whole time im waiting he had a house full of people that could have let me in. and after i get there to do the job there was nothing wrong with his system at all. and if ur wondering he was indian and not trying to sound racsist
