Simple, hook up a receiver, go to the menu, type in the zip code in question, it will give you the azimuth and elevation... if you work for DTV, you should know that... and if they have had 4 'different' techs say NLOS, its 1 of 2 things.. a true NLOS, or the job is so time consuming or difficult they did not want to do it.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
