Yeah I worked for them back in the 90's and to get them to do service calls for an employee of theirs was even worse than a regular customer. I worked in one system and lived in another had low signal because someone didn't balance the LE feeding me right. So after complaining to them for 2 weeks I rebalanced it myself one evening when I was on call and had the truck at home. Don't know if they ever came out to look at it. I should have charged for the 4hour call out pay they use to give.

If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
