Funny my cable bill increased 20 percent for time anal.....to watch out for this toa system because the corporate bean counters are watching the log in and logout times on jobs and cutting the billing to match your times...thats for residential  i dont know about the other part....but be careful starting and stopping your toa....sorry to admitt this but what really needs to be done here is a communications workers union...you have no bargaining power with these guys unless you are organized
