Are you running sweep. If so reference your amp that's good then go down the run and see where your low end drops off. If it isn't a AGC I bet you got a bad pin or a short center conductor that's the most common thing when your low end drops. Is it a SAII amp? Could also be a bad seizure screws in the amp. SA made several different kinds all rated for different Mhz. If the wrong one is installed them the module won't make proper contact and you'll loose your low end.
