Low End Drops Off

Have a UG SA unbalanced triple amp, has trunk in and out 1800' to next amp cable is 1 1/4" has 2 splice blocks in between all screws are tight.  Input levels stay constant when was out today levels were 35/15 pulled power pin waited about 30 seconds levels went to 38/27, tx was 39 after pulled power went to 29.  levels will hold 3-5 days then drop again.  Have TDR'd cable going upstream from this location, replaced bad setion of cable. Any thoughts welcome, thanks in advance
