FCC states c/n should be 43 or better I think . and delta should be 13-17 I forget the difference for adjecent channel. but doing it your company way dont you fail the 24 hour test?  http://www.tvms.net/Tech_Articles/Proof_requirements/ProofRequirements.htm this page gives some good info
