Did you know in most states it is required to have a permit to install low voltage wiring. Most Local GCs never get a permit required stamp on the plans. But thats changing aswell. As of late all the guys installing drops, CCTV and others on new construction are getting busted because of the license issue, imagine if every cable, sat job needed a permit which is required in most states, Fl which I live in. When all the old timmers are retiring and budget cuts, the laws are getting enforced now.
