The courts say the cx owns the drop because it is attached to his house.
So don't cut the line....if the cx doesn't like the sat product the overhead or underground line is still there for you to use.
Of course the other end is attached to the CATV vault, ped or plant.
Customers don't move because things work well and they like them. They make changes because of high prices with excessive outages on limited channel selection.
