Yup,
If you have access to everything and can schedule work to fix and install you can be good to go. The copper wire thing seems to only be significant in the dish to receiver run. The splitters will be less of an issue as the SWM equipment comes into use.
That is different from an installer with or without experience who arrives to add to an existing system.
