Re: how desprate are they getting

It has become very hard to find people to work in the cably industry.  Im not 100% sure as to why though? I have managed both cable/DTV and have done payroll for both.  It seems to me that after everything is said and done that the techs make about the same money. I know that there are some heavy hitters out there that would say that im wrong, but for the majority of the techs its pretty close.  It could also be that way in the markets that im currently in? Not sure?
