OK,
That is pretty thin. I looked at the site and they are recruiters....they find people to work fir companies. There are companies most installers will not apply to or work with again. These companies find applicants and then, maybe sell the idea of working with the ols crooks again.
They screen and maybe train....couldn't discover that from their site...What I did not see was a business address. I saw no company history or references. These could be a bunch of guys with an office trailer, a computer and a phone.
DO NOT send them any certification numbers you have, any identification numbers or money.
Aside from the Blah Blah Blah stuff they say about themselves there is nothing there.
