It depends on what you want outa the machine . . you sure won't be able to drill long shots in solid rock. Aot of it depends on the operator,are you gonna travel around the country doin work or is it in one area like a maint. contract, where you know the terrain, and your just poppin driveways or 2 lane roads . . if your already in the business, you should know this. If your just getting into the business, good luck!!  If you expect to travel and get jobs, like these stymulas projects, most require a minimum of a 20/20.
