The big question is how deep are their pockets? When these subcontract deals become ..."I can't pay you until I get paid..."
that is where wheels come off the tracks. How long can they operate if the next contractor up the pile is late on payments?

Also, there is only so much money in the system to pay for the  FREE installations that have become more and more complex.
As each level of contractors cuts off a slice for profit and administrative costs the amount left to pay the guy with the tools and truck shrinks. How much can they afford to pay?

What recourse is there if the money just stops flowing. Who ya gonna sue?
