Company I know of has a manager sweeping a system...And the manager can't sweep. Doesn't have a clue...Not one iota of experience...I'm pullin' for him and answering his questions. Man, I gotta get out of this industry. Some crazy shit there. I know back when I started the most valuable lesson I learned; Don't tell someone you can do the job, when you can't.
