Yep that is the one. Owens was the owner of CalTel and Potts, Meyerhoff and Sonny Knudsen were the first Supervisors. They all went together and got the franchise for Signal Hill and later got the franchise for Long Beach and built a couple of miles into LB and sold to Times Mirror for 550,000, which was a lot in those days. I think Owens put up 10,000 and the others a couple of thousand to get it going and used mostly equip left over from other jobs to build it. I ran the little system for them for a few years. They treated me good and I enjoyed working for them.
