Really, Really! I'm on the cable side of contracting but if I sub for you and you don't get paid is that my problem. I don't think So! Subs agree to do a job for a certain price, not for a certain price if you get paid. If they aren't doing the proper paperwork and submitting it in a timely manor then shame on them that's not your problem. But that I pay you when I get paid is wrong. Sorry but if you're the prime you better have enough to maintain payroll for 6 months minimum or don't be a prime. Sorry man not meaning to rag on you but I seen this story too many times been in the biz 30 yrs. Just my opinion and you know what they say about those.
